It describes data this website and Discord bot actually collect. It does not invent a legal entity, street address, or registration number. 1. Who this covers VaruoCore is a solo freelance practice. This policy covers varuocore.com, the client and owner dashboards, and the VaruoCore Discord bot when they process your information. 2. What we collect Account data: name, email, optional username, optional phone, password hash (not the password itself), and Discord account identifiers if you sign in with Discord. Project data: briefs, feature selections, files you upload, quotes, messages, support tickets, and payment references you type (for example a PayPal note). We do not store full bank account numbers, routing numbers, or card numbers. Payment metadata: method you chose (PayPal or Cash App), amount, status, and the reference note you provide. Confirmation is recorded by the operator. Technical data: standard short-lived server and security logs needed to run the site (for example to rate-limit abuse). We do not build a marketing profile from your IP address. Community data: if you join the Discord server, Discord processes member data under Discord's terms. The bot may store IDs needed to create private project channels and roles after a deposit is confirmed. Inquiries: if you send the short note form, we store your name, email, and message so we can reply. Guardian data: if you say you are under 18, we collect the name and email of the parent or guardian you name so we can record their approval and email them about the request and any quote. 3. Legal bases and your region VaruoCore serves customers globally. Privacy rules differ by country. Where a law requires a legal basis, we use the basis that fits the activity: taking steps at your request before a contract, performing the contract, a legitimate interest in running a secure one-person practice, or consent where you gave it (for example optional marketing you asked for). Sharing We share data with you, with an approved collaborator you name, and with processors needed to run the service (hosting, database, email delivery, file storage, and Discord). Retention Account and project records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work, handle support, taxes, and disputes, then deleted or archived on a schedule the operator controls. Passwords are hashed. The operator cannot honestly call any system free of risk. Report a security concern to support@varuocore.com. 8. Cookies and accounts Signed-in sessions use HTTP-only cookies. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on the marketing pages as part of this product's design. 9. Children You may inquire if you are under 18. Payment and quote acceptance require parent or guardian approval. We collect the named parent or guardian's name and email for that purpose. 10. International transfers Servers and email providers may be located in a different country from you. By using the site you understand that your data may be processed outside your home country. 11.
