Frequently asked questions

Pricing, deposits, timelines, revisions, hosting, source code, support, and client responsibilities.

After delivery

Do you offer support after delivery?

Every starter package includes 14 days of bug-fix support. Custom quotes state their included support period, and optional maintenance plans can cover ongoing updates, fixes, monitoring, and small improvements after that.

Deposits & payments

How do deposits work?

A standard 50% deposit starts the work, with the balance due before final delivery. Payment is by PayPal or Cash App and confirmed manually.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal or Cash App. Every payment is confirmed manually — I never store your card or bank details, and you should never share full account numbers.

Getting started

What happens after I start a project?

You fill out a short brief covering the problem, must-have features, timing, and budget. A standard request can receive its written quote immediately; custom or unclear work may be reviewed first. You can accept the quote, discuss a revision, or decline it before paying.

What do you need from me to begin?

A clear description of the problem you want solved, your must-have features, a rough budget range, and any existing branding, assets, or accounts (like your Discord server or domain) the project should use.

Pricing & quotes

How much does a project cost?

Fixed-scope founding-client starters are $99 for a Discord bot, $199 for a website, and $349 for a connected bot + website. Anything outside the listed scope uses normal feature pricing and is confirmed in a written quote before work starts.

What is included in a starter package?

The Discord Bot Starter includes up to five slash commands and one core system: tickets, moderation, applications, or verification. The Website Starter includes one custom responsive landing page, a contact form, basic SEO and analytics. The combined starter includes both plus one basic connection. All three include deployment, handover notes, and 14 days of bug-fix support.

Can I add features to a starter package?

Yes. The starter price covers only its listed scope. Dashboards, payments, extra systems, advanced integrations, additional pages, and other custom work are added at their normal rates and shown separately in your quote.

How do partner or promotion codes work?

Enter the code on the final request step. The system checks its service eligibility, minimum project value, dates, use limits, and whether it can be combined with founding-client pricing before applying it to a quote.

Process & communication

How will we communicate during the build?

Through your Discord server and the project channels. You get progress updates at each milestone, and a response-time goal of 12 hours (a goal, not a guarantee).

Revisions & testing

Do I get to test it before delivery?

Yes. You review and test at milestones and before final delivery, so nothing ships that you haven't seen. The number of revision rounds is set in your quote.

Source code & ownership

Do I get the source code?

After full payment you receive the project-specific source and agreed deliverables, unless the quote states otherwise. Reusable VaruoCore components stay owned by VaruoCore with a license to use them in your project.

Timelines & rush work

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope — a small bot is much faster than a full website with a dashboard. Your quote includes an estimated timeline with milestones so you always know where things stand.

Can you handle a rush deadline?

Sometimes. Rush deadlines increase the quote; ask on the form and I'll confirm availability.
